TEMPLATE LICENSE & USAGE RIGHTS
Our digital products are sold under two different types of licenses: Standard Use License and Private Label Rights (PLR) License. Please refer to the product description at the time of purchase to determine which license applies.
STANDARD USE LICENSE
Unless otherwise specified, all templates are sold under our Standard Use License. This license permits:
- Personal use
- Use for one (1) client project
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify these templates for resale under the Standard Use License.
PLR (Private Label Rights) LICENSE
Products sold with PLR include extended rights to:
- Rebrand and edit the template content
- Add your own branding and styling
- Resell the template as your own digital product
When using templates under the PLR License, you may not:
- Resell the product with PLR rights to others (no “PLR of a PLR”)
- Use the template in any way that infringes on copyright or trademark laws
- Misrepresent the original creator or source if required attribution is noted
By purchasing any template, you agree to use it according to the licensing terms specified for that product.

misrepresents your identity or who the Contribution is from.
REPORTING A BREACH OF THIS POLICY
We may but are under no obligation to review or moderate the Contributions made on the Services and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage resulting from any of our users' breach of this Policy.
